After about ten days on the road it was time to swing into a town to refuel and refill the fridge. Barstow lies on the edge of the Mojave National Preserve and also happened to be on our way to our next destination, so we made a few quick stops and then we headed out beyond Barstow for a few more days of adventure.
Here's our second episode in our video series South to Spring. In this episode we are exploring the Mojave National Preserve including Caruthers Canyon in the New York Mountains, Hole in the Wall, the Granite Mountains, the Kelso Dunes and we end the visit to the preserve in the cinder cone and lava beds area.
